I have ordered from this company a couple of times now, previously I bought fleeces with my name embroidered on for work purposes. The fleeces are of good quality at a reasonable price. Last time I ordered I had a query and their response was quick and helpful. This time I ordered a fleece and received it within a week. They send a friendly text out after your order is submitted incase there’s anything else you want to include in the order or have any queries this time was no exception. The customer service and after care is exceptional.

This is a genuine 5 star review.

I found Industrial Workwear to be very quick, diligent and attentive during sales, delivery and aftercare. Actuality, I only really dealt with one person, Louise Guy, so is the Company getting 5 stars or Louise. I think both should get 5 stairs each. The uniform and logo was spot on.

We needed new emboidered overalls for our shop floor workers.

Natalie was a great help from start to finish, she arranged for herself and a colleague to come to our site and size up workers for new overalls, produced samples throughout for the embroidery to give us ideas about how the colours would look and gave helpful input.

Emails / calls were answered very quickly and the whole process from first contact to delivery was exceptionally quick and pain free :-)


We will definitely contact Natalie again next time workwear needs renewing.

What an amazing service, Im sure Industrial Workwear can't advertise how good their service was for one of our customers...I asked to some workwear within 48hrs, Our customer wanted 10 polo shirts and some hoodies by 10am Wednesday Morning, I spoke to Joanna and Natalie, I was not expecting them to say YES, but they did, all the stops were pulled out and the customers got his workwear Tuesday Night.

Natalie has been our account manager for a few years now and the service we have received has been amazing. She will always go above and beyond to help us with products we require or finding alternatives for us. All items we order are great quality and with a quick turnaround. Natalie will always keep me up to date with deliveries and if something is needed urgently she will make sure to get it to us asap. I ordered over 70 branded jackets and they arrived within a week. Andrea is our account manager and she is fantastic! very professional and always replies to emails quickly - I have never had a bad experience with this company so would highly recommend!

The staff are great at following things up, but sometimes we have had to wait a long time for deliveries. This seems to be due to stock shortages and not the staff who are always very helpful.

I came across Industrial Workwear when I was in need of a certain type of work trouser that most suppliers were having trouble sourcing. Helen was really helpful and was able to find me some alternatives that were even cheaper and just as good quality. Helen is now my first choice when ordering more uniform and has also been able to provide further uniform at fantastic prices!! My day of disaster turned out to be a blessing in disguise.
